Semantic Forms Documentation Versions

[edit]

If you (have to) use some specific version of SF, you may often want to know what works (or doesn't) in this very version, rather than scan the list of added features for each version. This is a list of Semantic Forms documentation pages for at least some of the latest versions. Version links point to the latest revision (oldid) of the documentation page before the next one was added. So you should find the documentation of the last status (and hopefully complete) of that very version when you click the links below. If you do not find a setting or command on that version of the documentation page, it was most likely not yet implemented in this version. Hope this helps ;) -- Achimbode 09:50, 11 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

A different, topic-wise approach to find out about Features and since when they are implemented is to use the From version property in the recently restructured manuals on semantic-mediawiki.org:

http://semantic-mediawiki.org/wiki/Property:From_version

Liste der Semantic Forms-Versionen. Die Versions-Links zeigen auf die jeweils letzte Revision (oldid) vor der folgenden Version. Table of Semantic Forms Versions (SF version overview table).

Help for Wikia users

[edit]

Wikia provides a "Semantic MediaWiki Test Wiki " to help users of the relatively few Wikia sites that use semantic extensions. A near-equivalent to this MW page is http://smwtest.wikia.com/wiki/Extension:Page_Forms/Version_history, which copies material from this MW site and adds a note about the current Wikia version. So what? Do you think I should link to this page? Yaron Koren (talk) 03:17, 17 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
My note was written for Wikia users who reach this page and could be helped by some of the Wikia "Test Wiki" site, which they might otherwise be unaware of. Probably no need for anyone else to look at it, thank you. We may call on you as a last resort (again), of course, some time in the future! Robin Patterson (talk) 04:43, 17 February 2017 (UTC)Reply
