email - my next steps

I'd like to access emails from MW. My approach up to now:

• thunderbird MBoxImportExport extension: export as single txt files (index.html automatically created)
• use custom namespace "M" and pagename means email folder.
• problem: urls are relative to wiki base url ie. "Nachrichten/myemailsubject.txt"
  • solution: either do generation of index in extension code or...?

open:

• request email and integrate into page with email subject title? -> do

other ideas, approaches:

• use email client API, thunderbird??

combo with / related extensions
