I would like to suggest archiving of this extension as it is unmaintained, and used on only one wiki.

Hi. Thanks for asking, but as it is used somewhere and I am still maintaining it, I'd prefer it wasn't archived as unmaintained.

Hi, it is used only on one wiki with unsupported version of the MediaWiki (per Extension:MadLib Parser Function - WikiApiary).

And per Log - refs/heads/master - mediawiki/extensions/MadLib - Gitiles (wikimedia.org) I'm not sure that this extension is really maintained, it is reason why I asked.

Yeah, I wrote it for that specific wiki---it is still a very active wiki despite it's ancient version, but until they do update there hasn't been much need to do any significant updates to the extension.
