To use PagePile for docs on Wikitech, use wikitech as the Language, and wikimedia as the Project. Insert the page titles only, not the full page URL. Don't check the box to "resolve redirects"; it causes an error due to an uncaught exception in the PagePile app's code. |
Troubleshooting
[edit]TechDocs dashboard error: PagePile contains pages from an unsupported wiki
[edit]Verify that you entered the correct Language and Project when you generated your PagePile. Especially if you're using a mechanism like Quarry query ID to input your page list, it's possible to generate a pile of pages from MediaWiki.org, but the doc dashboard will still interpret them as being from en-Wikipedia if those were the settings in the PagePile tool when you generated the pile.
