Initiative Vision

Vision: Provide tools for administrators to make decisions about anonymous users
Target Group(s): Wiki administrators Anti-Harassment Tools	Needs: Make decisions about anonymous users based on behaviour Make decisions on IP network segments based on anonymous users Make decisions about IP network segments when creating blocks Get the location of an IP address Get the responsible company (e.g. ISP) for an IP address Get the proxy status (TOR, open proxy, other) for an IP address Restrict tools to users with particular rights	Product: API endpoints to get IP addresses for anonymous users API endpoints to get anonymous edits from an IP address or block Proxy to API for geolocation of IP addresses Proxy to API for ISP lookup of an IP address Proxy to API for proxies (!) of an IP address	Aligned Goals: Software platforms with integrated machine learning, rich media, and structured data components, and associated tooling for internal and external development and reuse of code and content.
