Accuracy review/docs/register

This is an optional registration system where reviewers can choose to register and gain reputation points for their contributions! In the registration form, reviewers should type out a unique username and your email address. They can optionally add their timezone, phone number and an 'about me' section. On successful registration, a secure token is mailed to the registered email address. To start gaining reputation points, all the reviewer has to do is to set the mailed token by clicking on 'Token' in the Menu bar. This takes the reviewer to another page asking them to paste their token. If the token has already been set, the reviewer can begin contributing right away! Once set, this token uniquely identifies the reviewer to start tracking their valuable contributions and awarding reputation points.
