The incubator:Special:Recentchanges is fully broken, all of those settings are missing, only says Track the most recent changes to the wiki on this page.

Thanks for the report @Liuxinyu970226. There's something odd going on with this. A number of us had the same experience: the first time we clicked to see the page in Incubator, it didn't load, just as you describe. But when we tried it a second time, the page did load. Have you also found that to be true? I'm seeing the new UX on Incubator with no problem now.

Yeah, it works well now for me, after cleaning my cookie and re loginning.
