I think it's will be better if we will remark Usage section in such style:

spanish english must also be translated in the message box

Hi all, FR versions shows:

Cette page MediaWiki est en cours de traduction vers spanish depuis Help:Navigation en english.
Il est possible qu'il y ait des erreurs ou des parties non traduites.
Vous pouvez aider à la traduction. 

Error is in the first sentence since 'spanish' and 'english' are not french words :
Cette page MediaWiki est en cours de traduction vers spanish depuis Help:Navigation en english.
and should be :
Cette page MediaWiki est en cours de traduction vers espagnol depuis Help:Navigation en anglais.

How do we get this result ?

This is linked with command
{{Translating|from=Help:Navigation|fromlang=english|tolang=spanish|toci=es}} which could be adapted both in:
{{Translating|from=Help:Navigation|fromlang=<translate>english</translate>|tolang=<translate>spanish</translate>|toci=es}}
and also after T6 similar to :
{{Translating|from=Help:Navigation|fromlang=<translate>english</translate>|tolang=<translate>spanish</translate>|toci=es}}

But I am not quite sure; how to realign that ?
