[edit]lag.php file is a maintenance script to show database lag.
Options/Arguments

Usage
[edit]php maintenance/run.php lag [ --r ]

$ php maintenance/run.php lag primary.db 1 replica.db 2
In MediaWiki version 1.39.10 and earlier, you must invoke maintenance scripts using
php maintenance/scriptName.php instead of php maintenance/run.php scriptName.
