Add topicversion for 1.13 is missing a soap client and generates an error when the extension is used:
Fatal error: Class 'SoapClient' not found in C:\Apache2\symbian\mediawiki\extensions\CrowdAuthentication\CrowdAuthentication.php on line 87

Extension became totally broken
[edit]It seems that the extension became borkened in recent verions of MediaWiki
Here is a bug opened with Atlassian https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-1738 but I am afraid that they are not going to do much about it, as the PHP plugin is not written by them.
